Booking Details and Policies

Reserve your date with a deposit to secure the event hall. Review our cancellation terms carefully to avoid fees. Contact us directly for personalized assistance or questions about your booking.

  • How do I secure a booking?

    To hold your event date, a refundable deposit is required: $50 for rentals up to 6 hours and $100 for full-day bookings. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event date.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within less than 7 days before event forfeit the deposit amount.

  • Are tables, chairs, and linens included?

    Yes, all rentals include 6 round tables, 2 rectangle tables, 56 chairs, and white tablecloths at no extra charge. Additional decor options are available for a fee.
